Lillies, pale pink snapdragons, palms and ferns decorated Trinity United Church, Grimsby for the double ring ceremony, Saturday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock which united Virginia A., only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Hewson of Grimsby and Mr. John Walter Hilts, younger son of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Hilts of Grimsby. Rev. W.J. Watt officiated at the candlelight ceremony. ... There were five attendants, Miss Jacqueline Eames, Hamilton as maid of honour ... Miss Connie de la Plante, Grimsby, and Mrs. Kenneth Rosenplat, of Trenton ... Miss Lynda Robinson of Hamilton and Miss Diane Aiken of Toronto as flowergirls ... Mr. James Guy, Hamilton was best man. Messrs. Donald Taylor (Trenton), Vincent Stanger, Hamilton, Kenneth Rosenplat (Trenton), and Eugene Gordon, Grimsby were ushers. ... The young couple will reside in Toronto.
