There passed away at the Hamilton General Hospital, Friday night, following a lengthy illness, G. Albert Julke in his 68th year. Deceased was born in Germany and came to Canada some 46 years ago, taking up residence in the Beamsville district. His occupation was that of a farmer for several years, until he joined the S.M. Culp staff. Following a lengthy service with this company, deceased worked for the Village Corporation for some time. His wife pre-deceased him some three years ago, and following her demise, the late Albert Juhlke moved to Hamilton. He is survived by one son, Sgt. Ernest Juhlke, at present with the RCAF at Jarvis, Ontario. Funeral services were held from the J.W. Buck and Son Funeral Home, Beamsville, on Tuesday afternoon, and the deceased was laid to rest in Mount Osborne cemetery.
