When the motor can which he was driving west on Number Highway 20, three miles east of Smithville, on Saturday evening, was struck almost head on by an eastbound car, said by police to have been driven by Mrs. Catharine Noonan, Isabel Street, Toronto, William John Squirrell, aged 56,Professor of Field Husbandry at the Ontario Agricultural College in Guelph, was fatally injured. His wife, Mrs. Gertrude Squirrell, aged 54, is in St. Joseph's Hospital in Hamilton in serious condition...Two Toronto residents, occupants of the other car involved, are also in the same hospital.
