Stricken with heart failure while picking cherries on the fruit farm of Cas. Sume, Saturday, Edith Scott, whose home is in Scotland, and who had been living at Beamsville at the home of the late Senator Gibson, fell over unconscious and died. The excessive heat is thought to have been the cause of her death.
