The death occurred at the Hamilton Hospital Thursday morning of a well known and highly respected resident of Beamsville, in the person of William Murray Denny... He was born in Scotland 27 years ago, and was the second son of Sir Archibald Denny, baronet, [Cardross] Dumbartonshire, Scotland, who was to have visited his son for a few weeks this summer... Mr. Denny has been a resident of Beamsville for a number of years, and spent the greater part of his time at his home, Walker Hall, and in looking after a small fruit farm... He is survived by his wife and no family. The remains of William Murray Denny...were shipped to Montreal on Sunday evening and there cremated...The ashes will be sealed and sent to Cardross for interment.
