Seaforth, Dec. 20 - Lauder T. DeLacey, one of Seaforth's most highly esteemed citizens, died at his home here this morning after an illness of about 6 months, at the age of 53 years. He was born in Smithville, and came to Seaforth in 1893 as accountant for the A.G. Vanegmond Sons Woollen Mills. In 1911 he married Emma, daughter of the late George E. Henderson, and with his father-in-law purchased the Commercia Hotel, which they conducted for a number of years....He is survived by his widow, his father, A. DeLacey, of Smithville, and two sisters, Mrs. I.E. Francis and Mrs. David Young of Toronto.
