Mr. Ithamer Nelson, caretaker of the Lincoln County Industrial Home for about 19 years, until January last, died very suddenly on Tuesday morning. Mr. Nelson was walking in front of his home, 135 York Street, when he fell to the walk. He was carried into his home and medical aid summoned but he passed away before the doctor reached his side. Heart trouble was given as the cause of death. The deceased was born in Caistor Township 59 years ago, he was an active member of the choir of that church. He is survived by his wife, one daughter, Mrs. Douglas Shaw of Louth and one son, Claude Arnold at home.
