The death occurred in London on Monday morning of a former resident of Grimsby, William J. Annable, in his 85th year. Deceased moved to this district from the Ottawa Valley about 35 years or more ago and for some years farmed and butchered on the mountain in North Grimsby. He later moved to Clinton Township and then moved to Middlesex County where he farmed for 15 years, moving into London City to reside 8 years ago. He is survived by his widow and four sons, Lloyd of Middleport, N.Y., Osborne and James of Beamsville and Ross of London; four daughters, Mrs. J. Gibson, Middleport, N.Y. and the Misses Della, Ada, and Alice all of London. The funeral was held from his late residence in London, yesterday afternoon with interment in Queen's Lawn Cemetery, Grimsby.
