A resident of Stoney Creek since 1893, Frederick White, aged 84 years, died last week at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Harry Lobb, First avenue, Stoney Creek. The deceased was born in Woodburn, Ont. and belonged to the Church of the Redeemer, Stoney Creek. Surviving are two sons, Thomas, of this city, and Jonathan, of Stoney Creek; three daughters, Mrs. Charles Best, Mrs. Harry Lobb and Mrs. Elvin Corman, all of Stoney Creek, and two sisters, Mrs. George Whitwell and Miss Annie White, who reside in Binbrook. Following a private service at the home of Mrs. Lobb on Friday afternoon, the remains were conveyed to the Church of the Redeemer for public service. Burial was made in Bartonville cemetery.
