An interesting event took place at the Saltfleet Farm Service Force camp in Friday evening when Miss Anne Gashgarian, one of the farmerettes who has worked in the Winona district for the last summer, became the bride of Tpr. Raymond Howell, of New Westminster, B.C., the ceremony being conducted by Rev. G.E. Morrow, of Winona United Church. Miss Gashgarian is a daughter of Mrs. Gashgarian and the late Mr. David Gashgarian, of Brantford. Tpr. Howell is a son of Mr. and Mrs. E.F. Howell, New Westminster, B.C., and has been training at Camp Borden for the last year...The bridesmaid, Miss Doreen McDougall, Wingham...The little flower girl, Dianne Houslander, Hamilton...The groom was attended by O.S. Neil, Hamilton, R.C.N.V.R., of Winona...
