The funeral service of Mrs. Stella Irvine Book, wife of Charles Book, took place Friday afternoon from her late home in South Grimsby. Rev. J.A. Ballard of St. Andrew's church, Grimsby, conducted the service, interment being made in St. Andrew's Churchyard. The following were pallbearers: Messrs. Ira, Norman and Arthur Irvine, J.J. Shirton, Cecil Book and James Theal.

Left to mourn her passing besides her husband are one son, Harold, of Smithville; three brothers, Ira of North Grimsby; Arthur of London; Norman, of Smithville; and one sister, Mrs. J.J. Shirton, of Smithville. One daughter, Vera Agnes, predeceased her mother in 1930.
