The funeral of Mrs. Lucy Singer was held Friday afternoon from the residence of her niece, Mrs. Lloyd Pettit, 200 Main Street West. Rev. J.A. Ballard conducted the service in the home and at the graveside, interment being in Queen's Lawn Cemetery.

The pallbearers were William Ness, ex-mayor Arthur Hewson, G.G. Borne, B.W. Shantz, J. Budge, and T. R. Hunter.
