In failing health for some months, Rolph Case, well known Grimsby merchant, passed away Saturday morning in his 67th year. Born in Aurora in May 1877, he resided there until coming here five years ago. He was a member of the Sons of England, Aurora, and United Church, Grimsby. Surviving are his wife, Agnes Case; one son, Fred, at home; three daughters, Mrs. Frank Barnes, Aurora; Mrs. B.J. Pratt and Mrs. J.W. Innes, of Toronto; also a brother, Stephen Case, Weyburn, Sask.

Funeral services were held at his late home, Adelaide Street on Monday afternoon, Rev. J.W. Watt, officiating, after which the remains were taken to Aurora for interment in the family plot. Casket bearers were James Baker, W.R. Betts, Oliver Shaw, Gordon Hannah, Bert Chivers, M.A. Cramer.
