A respected farmer of this district for the last 30 years, Peter L. Zoellner, sen., passed away at his home, North Grimsby, Saturday morning. In his 81st year, he was born in what is now Jugoslavia. He came to Canada 39 years ago and had been in Ontario for the last 38 years. His wife predeceased him in 1935. Surviving him are three sons: Peter, jun., at home; Samuel, of Hamilton, and John, of Detroit. The funeral took place Monday afternoon from his late residence on the Grimsby stone road, with interment in Queen's Lawn Cemetery, Rev. W.O. Rathke, of Jordan, officiating. Casket bearers were: Cecil Gowland, Charles Book, Murray Blanchard, Wm. Ingram, Geo. Douglas and Clarence Travis.
