The community was shocked on Sunday morning to hear of the death of Walter Game, at his home in North Grimsby, after an illness of three days. His death was caused by erysipelas. He was in good health up to Wednesday of last week when a small pimple on his face was swollen so that the left eye was completely closed. Dr. Alway was in attendance but was unable to check the disease. His death took place at 11:30 Saturday night. Deceased was only 27 years of age and was a son of Isaac Game, of Grimsby Centre. He leaves a father and mother, eleven brothers and sisters, a wife and two children to mourn for him. The funeral took place to Queen's Lawn Cemetery on Tuesday afternoon, and was largely attended. Rev. A.B. Cohoe conducted the services.
