The wedding of Diana Margaret, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Barton, of Hartfield, Sussex, England, and Mr. James Arthur Whitelaw, second son of Mrs. and the late Mr. A.R. Whitelaw, of Beamsville, took place in St. Andrew's Anglican Church, Grimsby, at 3 o'clock on Monday, January 5th. The rector, Rev. J.A. Ballard, officiated.

The bride given in marriage by Mr. C.H. Battersby, of Beamsville, wore a dress of soft blue wool with maroon accessories and carries a bouquet of pink roses. She was attended by Miss Eleanor Hamilton, of Toronto, who was dressed in pink.

The best man was Mr. Willison Nelles.

The reception was held at the home of the groom's aunt, Mrs. Boies Nelles, the groom's mother wearing a black silk dress with corsage of yellow roses and chrysanthemums.

Following a honeymoon to be spent in the Laurentians, the couple will reside in Beamsville.
