previously received parcels from the workers these letters are interest ing and convey to us their heart felt thanks full reports were given after the meeting two quilts in frames were quilted and bound and added to the beautiful display these quilts numbering 53 in all were attractively hung about the hall en couraging to the committee was the display of knitted goods consisting of 114 pairs socks 16 sweaters 10 scarfs 9 pairs mitts etc and 5 girls sweaters shower gifts of infants clothing were received 4 complete layettes on display consisting of 42 articles each and the committee report two more near completion all this work has been completed since our last shipment in february after a dainty lunch packing be gan 6 large boxes were packed ready for shipment to the salvation army and one to the navy league the committees in charge have worked faithfully and are indeed grateful for the wonderful coopera tion of all in the community and wish to thank all who have helped make these quilts also for the many beautiful knitted articles and babys clothing and all donations the goodwood branch wish to convey their thanks to their neigh bouring friends of siloam roseville and 4th and
