In Central Methodist Church, Stockton, Calif., on Saturday afternoon, February 14, a quiet wedding ceremony was conducted by the Rev. Melvin Wheatley, uniting in marriage Margaret Louise, daughter of Mrs. Stallwood and the late Dr. J.B. Stallwood, Beamsville, Ont., to Robert Morris, son of Mrs. Virginia Morris, of Stockton, Calif.
The bride wore a navy suit with pink accessories and a pink carnation corsage. She was attended by Mrs. Dudley Igo, of Yuba City, California (the former Margery Knighton, of Guelph, Ont.), who wore a navy pin-check suit with yellow accessories and a yellow carnation corsage. Both girls are former members of the nursing staff, Hamilton General Hospital.
Mr. Dudley Igo was best man for the groom, his schoolmate.
The wedding was attended by immediate members of the family including the bride's mother, who went from Beamsville to be at her daughter's wedding. The couple left for a honeymoon trip to Carmel-by-the-Sea, and on return will live in Stockton, California.
